Cancellation Policy

Refund of subscription fees:

For one-year subscription

• Cancellation within 6 months from date of registration, 50% refund of subscription fees.
• Cancellation after 6 months from date of registration, no refund.
• For two-year subscription
• Cancellation within 6 months from date of registration, 75% refund of subscription fees.
• Cancellation after 6 months, but within 12 months from date of registration, 50% refund of subscription fees.
• Cancellation after 12 months, but within 18 months from date of registration, 25% refund of subscription fees.
• Cancellation after 18 months from date of registration, no refund.
• For three-year subscription
• Cancellation within 6 months from date of registration, 80% refund of subscription fees.
• Cancellation after 6 months, but within 12 months from date of registration, 65% refund of subscription fees.
• Cancellation after 12 months, but within 18 months from date of registration, 50% refund of subscription fees.
• Cancellation after 18 months, but within 24 months from date of registration, 35% refund of subscription fees.
• Cancellation after 24 months, but within 30 months from date of registration, 20% refund of subscription fees.
• For all cancellations, subscriber has to give one-month advance information from subscriber's verified email id.
• After cancellation, up to a period of one year, if the ex-subscriber would like to have access to SHI and download the same, an email request should be sent to the company for generation of one-time access by paying Rs. 200/-
